*$5 Shipping and Free Shipping Over $150 cannot be used to close open bins. These options can only be used for website direct orders to ship. If a customer wishes to close their open bins, they agree to choose this option in the cart and checkout at a flat rate of $15.

*$5 Shipping is not eligible to be used for “Live Sale” Items. These items are only available for Flat Rate Shipping ($15), Close Bin Shipping ($15), Add to Bin, or Local PickUp.


Dinsmore Originals Shipping Policies

All items are sent via Canada Post. And in order to offer flat rate shipping for your benefit, we have to go with the most economical option. We are not responsible for delays in shipping and no refunds will be issued for shipping delays.

Once an item is shipped and with the carrier, it is completely out of our control. We are not responsible for any damages incurred by the carrier, not lost or stolen items. Refunds will not be issued for items which have been damaged, lost, or stolen after the package has been picked up by the carrier. If you have concerns about receiving your item, please contact us to inquire about shipping add-ons (see below).

Should you choose Lettermail- Untraceable/ Non- Trackable, you as the purchaser and consumer understand that you are accepting all liability. Should your item not be delivered or get lost in the mail. No replacements, refund or credits will be issued should you choose this method of shipping and experience issues with receiving an item.

If an item arrives damaged, please email info@dinsmoreoriginals.ca within 48 hours of receiving your package, including a photograph of the damaged item, packaging, and mailing package. We cannot be held responsible for any items damaged during transit, but we are happy to help open a claim with the shipping carrier to help you recoup your funds.

If you require special considerations for shipping such as specialized tracking, signature required, do not safe drop, or rush shipping (all require an additional cost, as per above), you must email info@dinsmoreoriginals.ca prior to purchase. Once payment has been made for the item and shipping, changes to shipping methods cannot be made.

$5 Flat Rate Shipping in Canada on orders above $45 is available only on individual website transaction purchases to order and ship, without exception. This shipping option is not applicable for closing existing open bins. Closing open bins receive Flat Rate Shipping in Canada of $15.


Refund & Return Policy

All services and items purchased are on a final sale basis. If you require assistance with a product please contact info@dinsmoreoriginals.ca .

If ever a situation where a refund is required for physical or crystal products, it will be sent in the form of a Dinsmore Originals store credit.


All stone and crystal products are natural items. Being that they are a natural mineral material, there may be natural inclusions, fissures, imperfections, and colour variations. These are out of our control and entirely normal with a natural product. Refunds will not be issued based on natural imperfections.


All items are photographed by us and do not represent the full stock available. Items purchased may vary from the exact pieces shown in the photographs due to these being natural occurring minerals (see above). Therefore, we cannot guarantee the exact size, shape, or colouring of the piece you receive. These are all determined by Mother Nature. But, we always ensure each item is selected intuitively for you with care and remains true to the integrity of the product description.


Our products go through rigorous Quality Control testing prior to packing and shipping to ensure there is no damage to the items. Ensuring high quality products is always our priority. We also always take extreme care in packaging your items securely to avoid any potential issues.

If you have a problem with your order, you must email Dinsmore Originals at info@dinsmoreoriginals.ca within 48 hours of receiving your package and we will do our best to assist you.


All our crystals go through a vigorous cleansing and purification process before coming to you. This ensures your items will only have the freshest and purest energy when you receive them! Cleansing includes using: selenite, clearing spray, and smoke clearing with sage).
